Narrative

Rest is about a person struggling with mental health. The Eye and Rat represent unhelpful and helpful thoughts respectively. 

How to play

• Collect and match negative thoughts to overcome them.
  • Dont collide with other thoughts while trying to heal one. You will get overwhelmed.
  • Matching thoughts creates unresolved traumas.
    • 4 unresolved traumas next to each other heal to a scar.
• Unresolved traumas can rip holes into your psyche.
  • Falling too often into the holes will end the game.
  • Holes can rip open closeby traumas.
• Heal enough traumas to end the depressive episode.
